2023 WASPC FALL EXPOSITION AND TRAINING CONFERENCE

The WASPC Fall Training Conference is the association’s premier annual conference for law enforcement executives.  The four-day conference brings together more than 300 leaders in law enforcement training/educational sessions, awards ceremonies and networking opportunities.

It’s an ideal platform to show your support for the most influential community of law enforcement decision makers in Washington.  As a sponsor, you will have direct access to top level law enforcement executives who have come together to learn about the latest developments in public safety.

EVENT SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES 

PREMIER LEVEL CONFERENCE SPONSOR - $10,000
The PREMIER sponsor will receive an exclusive display opportunity. Your organization will also have its company name and logo at general and opening sessions; verbal recognition as the conference sponsor during opening session and general session. Also included are two invitations to all meal functions; and recognition as conference sponsor in the conference mobile app and on the WASPC homepage with a web link to your corporate homepage.

GOLD LEVEL CONFERENCE SPONSOR - $5,000
The GOLD sponsors will receive recognition on the sponsor banner displayed at our registration desk. Your organization will also have your company name and logo displayed at conference sessions, as well as verbal recognition as a conference sponsor during opening session and general session. GOLD sponsors receive two tickets to the Awards Banquet and are recognized in the conference mobile app and on the WASPC homepage with a web link to your corporate homepage.

SILVER LEVEL CONFERENCE SPONSOR - $3,000
The SILVER sponsors will receive recognition on the sponsor banner displayed at our registration desk. Your organization will also have your company name and logo displayed at conference sessions, as well as verbal recognition as a conference sponsor during opening session and general session. SILVER sponsors are recognized in the conference mobile app and on the WASPC homepage with a web link to your corporate homepage.

BRONZE LEVEL CONFERENCE SPONSOR - $2,000
The BRONZE sponsors will receive recognition on the sponsor banner displayed at our registration desk. Your organization will also have your company name and logo displayed at conference sessions. BRONZE sponsors are recognized in the conference mobile app and on the WASPC homepage with a web link to your corporate homepage.

GENERAL SPONSORSHIPS

Lanyard Sponsor - $3,000
Acquire branding power with your company name on the attendee and exhibitor lanyards and badge ribbons.

Conference Pen Sponsor - $3,000
Put your name at their fingertips. These pens will be set out at the conference registration and given to all attendees and exhibitors at the conference.

Conference App Sponsor - $4,500
Your logo will be prominently displayed on the home page of our event within the app. This is where all information pertaining to conference for attendees relating to conference will be posted. There will be no printed programs so the app will be heavily relied on throughout the show!

Attendee Scholarships - $2,500
Help us provide an opportunity to attend the conference. Sponsorship provides two conference scholarships for attendees without the training/travel budget to attend.

President’s Reception, Monday, November 6 - $5,000
Place your company’s name before the present and future leaders of law enforcement and join them at this exclusive event. Members of the Executive Board, committee chairs and law enforcement executives from across the state attend the reception. Conference attendees network with their law enforcement peers while in a causal reception atmosphere. Sponsorship includes verbal recognition during the meal function, recognition signage at the event, as well as recognition in the conference program.

Cornhole Competition, Monday, November 6 - $2,500
New conference activity for our attendees. A fun, friendly cornhole competition for willing attendees. We'll have the game on the big screen and plan for a fantastic time of fellowship. Sponsorship includes verbal recognition during the meal function, recognition signage at the event, as well as recognition in the conference program.

Legislative Update Breakfast, Tuesday, November 7 - $2,500
A working breakfast for all attendees during the legislative update session. Sponsorship includes verbal recognition during the function, recognition signage at the event, as well as recognition in the conference program.

Special Olympics Luncheon, Tuesday, November 7 - $3,500
General conference attendees and guests will be in attendance at this meal function. Sponsorship includes verbal recognition during the lunch function, recognition signage at the event, as well as recognition in the conference program.

General Business Meeting Breakfast, Wednesday, November 16 - $2,500
A working breakfast for all attendees during the Association General Business Meeting. Sponsorship includes verbal recognition during the function, recognition signage at the event, as well as recognition in the conference program.

Training Day Luncheon, Wednesday, November 16 - $3,500
General conference attendees as well as training day attendees will be in attendance at this meal function. Sponsorship includes verbal recognition during the lunch function, recognition signage at the event, as well as recognition in the conference program.

WASPC Awards Banquet, Wednesday, November 16 - $5,000
Join us as we acknowledge the achievements of our member agencies and their outstanding accomplishments. This event includes the presentation of accreditation awards and lifetime memberships. This is the premiere meal function of the conference. Sponsorship includes verbal recognition during the meal function, recognition signage at the event, as well as recognition in the conference program.

Employment Law Updated Breakfast, Thursday, November 17 - $2,500
A working breakfast for all attendees during the legal update session. Sponsorship includes verbal recognition during the function, recognition signage at the event, as well as recognition in the conference program.
