Law Enforcement Wellness App

The Washington State Legislature has allocated funding to the Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs (WASPC) to establish and coordinate an online or mobile-based application (app) for any Washington law enforcement officer; 911 operator or dispatcher; and any other current or retired employee of a Washington law enforcement agency; and their families, to anonymously access on-demand wellness techniques, suicide prevention, resilience, physical fitness, nutrition, and any other behavioral health and wellness supports.

Following a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) process, WASPC has partnered with Lexipol, for use of the Lexipol Wellness App as the Statewide Wellness App. Click here for a one-page flyer with additional information on the Lexipol Wellness App.

The Washington Statewide Officer Wellness App launched on March 7, 2023. This wellness application is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or any other behavioral health condition. Instead, it is designed to support the overall wellbeing of law enforcement personnel by providing tools that promote stress management, resilience, and healthy habits. While the app can complement an agency’s broader wellness strategy, it should not be viewed as a substitute for evidence based mental health care or trauma specific support.

The Lexipol wellness app provides on-demand access to anonymous and confidential tools designed for the unique pressures of public safety work.  The app is:

  • Easily accessible on any device with a secure anonymous login
  • Offers self-guided resources to address stress, fatigue, trauma and more.
  • Helps personnel build healthy habits with on-demand tools and education
  • Encourages a proactive culture of wellness, helping to build resilience.

The app can be accessed via a downloadable app or via web browser.

  • Click here to download the IOS version of the app.
  • Click here to download the Android version of the app.
