2016 NIBRS Repository Replacement Project

Request for Proposal

The Washington Association of Sheriffs & Police Chiefs (WASPC) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purchase and implementation of a National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) state-level repository.  WASPC is a recipient of grant funding from the National Crime Statistics Exchange (NCS-X) effort sponsored by the Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS). The NCS-X grant funding will be used in this Washington State NIBRS State Repository Replacement Project.

The vendor chosen for the Washington State NIBRS Repository Replacement Project was IBM Analytics. A firm order was signed in July 2016.
